The Quality System and Excellence Section, under the Associate Vice President for Support Operations at Qatar University, is responsible for promoting the implementation of quality standards and institutional excellence across various departments and sections. The section works on developing and improving procedures and operational policies, as well as monitoring performance indicators to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of services, in alignment with international best practices and standards. The section also creates simple digital solutions, including automating processes, to make work faster and more productive. It also contributes to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, supporting the achievement of the university’s strategic objectives, and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
